inspector and if there are items that need to be addressed do them. You can
then make that home inspection available to prospective buyers with itemized
receipts showing that the items have been fixed. It saves time and bypasses
those that will try to get a reduction in the selling price.Pay attention to the Realtor... he/she has you in their best interest and knows what
you'd like to get... but also knows what price will better serve you to sell... really!
