As we all know there has been a big shakeup in the real estate and
financial world as
we knew it. There will be some changes as there always are but
what they will be remains to be seen. The good thing is we are
well prepared for whatever rolls out.
There surely will be some changes beyond what we have already seen.
If someone has good credit they should be OK... those that have poor
credit scores will experience difficulty in getting a mortgage.
To the seller's... the key here and has been... Price... If you
want to sell you are going to have to be very realistic on your asking
price! Pay close attention to what your Realtor suggests.
Your brother-in-law might say the Realtor is just saying that for a
quick sale but I'm telling you the Realtor is going to be realistic so
everyone isn't wasting their time.
